At 09:22 UT, Endeavour entered a 58 x 229 km x 51.6 deg orbit. Then at 09:51 the OMS engines ignited for a 1min33s, 43.3m/s burn to raise perigee out of the atmosphere. By 20:10 UTC, after a further burn, Endeavour was in a 206 x 233 km x 51.7 deg orbit.
Following a two day solo flight Endeavour docked with the Station in a 301 x 348 km orbit at 05:06 UTC on Feb 10. After a somewhat longer than normal waiting period for oscillations to damp down, the docking ring was retracted for a firm seal at 05:55 UTC. Joint operations with the ISS expedition 22.

First EVA by Behnken and Patrick on 12.02.2010 (6h 32m)
The airlock hatch was opened at 02:16 UTC; Node 3 was unberthed from the Shuttle at 04:05 UTC and attached to the Unity module between 05:56 and 06:20 UTC.
Behnken used spacesuit 3018, replacing the planned suit 3004 which had a power harness problem. Patrick used suit 3005; it developed a fan problem during the spacewalk so suit 3004 will be repaired and used by him during the forthcoming second and third spacewalks.
They remove a cover that has been in place to protect a port on the Unity node, the location where Tranquility was attached robotically halfway through the spacewalk. Next, the spacewalkers removed and stored a spare parts platform from the Special Purpose Dexterous Manipulator, or DEXTRE, a two-armed space station robot capable of handling delicate assembly tasks currently performed by spacewalkers. Finally, they installed four electronics systems cables between Unity and Tranquility to bring the new node to life.

From inside the station, Virts and Hire used the station's robotic arm to remove Tranquility from the shuttle's payload bay, then carefully maneuver then installed the node onto the port side of the Unity node. Tranquility was built for NASA by Thales Alenia Space in Turin, Italy, under contract to the European Space Agency.
Second EVA by Behnken and Patrick on Feb 14, 2010 (5h 54m), with Quest airlock depressurization at 02:19 UTC and hatch open at 02:20 UTC. Patrick, in SEMU 3004, and Behnken, in SEMU 3018; they install ammonia plumbing connectors between Unity and Tranquility and covering them with thermal insulation. When turned on, the ammonia will provide cooling to Tranquility. Then they prepared a port on the Earth-facing side of Tranquility for the flight day 8 relocation and attachment of the Cupola. The spacewalk ended with repressurization of Quest at 08:14 UTC.

The Cupola was unberthed from the end of the Tranquility module at 05:24 UTC Feb 15, after an hour's delay due to uncooperative bolts and latches. The Cupola is 4.9 feet in length, 9.7 feet in diameter and has a weight of about 4,145 pounds in orbit. The Cupola includes window shutters that provide orbital debris protection when closed.

PMA3 relocation
PMA-3 was unbolted from the zenith location on the Harmony module at 00:52 UTC on Feb 16 and moved by the SSRMS arm to the end location on Tranquility, where the Cupola used to be. PMA-3 was fixed in its new location at 0228 UTC.
Third and final EVA by Behnken and Patrick on 17.02.2010 (5h 48m); Behnken used SEMU 3005 and Patrick used SEMU 3004. Quest was depressurized at 0213 UTC, with hatch open a minute later.
They turn on the ammonia cooling lines between Unity and Tranquility, installing heater and data cables on Tranquility, removing insulation and launching locks from the newly-installed Cupola, and installed handrails on the outside of Tranquility.
The airlock was repressurized at 0803 UTC, with Cupola′s newly open window shutters exposing the windows and giving the crew a new view of the Earth.

Endeavour undocked at 00:54 UTC on Feb 20. The OMS engines were fired at 02:14 UTC on Feb 22 to drop the vehicle out of orbit, and it landed on runway 15 at Kennedy Space Center at 03:20 UTC.
