1)Hazza Al Mansouri from United Arab Emirates was scheduled to launch with Soyuz MS-12 and land a few days later with Soyuz MS-10. Due to the abort with contingency landing of Soyuz MS-10 his flight was cancelled. He and his backup Sultan Al Neyadi were planned to fly later on Soyuz MS-15 as Spaceflight Participant (UKP). He landed with Soyuz MS-12

ISS Expedition 59/60.
Soyuz MS-12 was launched on Mar 14, 2019 carrying Aleksey Ovchinin, Nick Hague and Christina Koch.
Following an only six hours solo flight Soyuz MS-12 docked with the Rassvet module at 0101:43 UTC Mar 15, 2019. Aleksei Ovchinin, Nicklaus Hague and Christina Koch became the ISS Expedition 59 (together with ISS Expedition 58 crew members Oleg Kononenko, David Saint-Jacques and Anne McClain).
On Oct 3 at 0737 UTC Soyuz MS-12 undocked from the Rassvet module with astronauts Ovchinin, Hague and Al Mansoori. Soyuz fired its deorbit engine at 1006 UTC; the three modules separated at 1034 UTC, and the descent module landed near 47 24N 69 34E in Kazakhstan at 1059 UTC.
