Bachelor of science in aeronautical engineering; selected as pilot of X-20 Dyna-Soar program; flight training Air Force Flight Test Center, Edwards AFB, California; the program was given up on 10.12.1963; then test pilot on Edwards AFB, following duty as pilot in the X-15 program (16 flight); resigned from USAF 1982; from 1988 - 1992 he was mayor of Palmdale; currently he serves as a representative.
