Trailblazer 1, also known as SPA-1 Trailblazer is an 1 Unit CubeSat designed and built by COSMIAC at University of New Mexico (UNM), Albuquerque, NM, USA.
The satellite will provide a proof-of-concept flight for an AFRL (Air Force Research Laboratory) sponsored bus design called SPA (Space Plug-and-play Architecture). The PnP (Plug-and-Play) type architecture is a capability that will allow for rapid development and delivery of satellite and defense systems.
