Mission details:
- On or before Dec 31, 2018 after using its apogee engine to reach geosynchronous orbit, the TJS-3 satellite ejected what appears to be a subsatellite; as of
early Jan 13, 2019 both satellites were on station near 59E about 100 km apart. By Jan 28 the separation had been adjusted to about 90 km.
