Mission details:

China carried out the first launch of the year on Jan 10, 2019 placing the Zhongxing-2D military communications satellite in geotransfer orbit. By Jan 22 the satellite was on station in GEO at 130.0E.
At 0616 UTC Jul 3, 2019 the CZ-3B Y56 third stage (SSN 43921) from the Jan 2019 launch of ZX-2D reentered and broke up over southern Florida causing widespread meteor reports.
