The Space Test Program P98-1 mission consists of a large collection of small satellites aboard the Minotaur launch. JAWSAT, the USAF's Joint AF Academy/Weber State Satellite, is a 64 kg satellite carrying a plasma experiment and a particle detector as well as a technology test.
