ABS 2A is a geostationary satellite, placed in position 75° E, providing 48 Ku-band transponders covering South Asia, Southeast Asia, Russia, sub-Saharan
Africa, and the Middle East and North Africa. The spacecraft will broadcast direct-to-home television services, and support mobile communications clients.
ABS 2A satellite will be placed in position 75° E, to provide 48 Ku-band transponders covering Eastern Europe, Russia, Middle East and India.
