The Space Shuttle Endeavour blasts-off for the International Space Station at 2:41pm on April 19 2001. Carrying the most
diverse crew to date with astronauts from the US, Russia, Italy, , Endeavour carried up one of the most imporant pieces of the
station: the Remote Manipulator System or RMS - the robotic arm that will be used for all future assembly tasks and spacewalks.
