Mission details:

XSS-10 is an experimental inspector satellite launched for the USAF Research Laboratory; it separeted from Delta-2 second stage (2003-005C) approximately Jan 30.42. It then made a series of 35 metres approches to the Delta-2 stage, testing station-keeping systems and using an experimental camera to provide images of the stage.
