First visiting crew and Soyuz changeover (the Soyuz has a 6-month guaranteed lifespan, so it needs to be exchanged for a new one by then). Soyuz TM32 serves as a new lifeboat.

Mission report:

Soyuz spacecraft 7K-STM No. 206 was launched from Baikonur on Apr 28, 2001 and became Soyuz TM-32. The ′taxi′ mission is ISS flight 2S according to NASA, and flight EP-1 (Visting Crew 1) according to Energiya. The EP-1 crew deliver spacecraft 206 to Station and return in the old spacecraft 205 which has been at the Station since November, making sure the long-stay crew have a new Soyuz on hand.
Soyuz TM-32 docked with the -Z port on Zarya at 0758 UTC on Apr 30. The 2S crew of Musabaev, Baturin and tourist Dennis Tito transferred their re-entry couches to Soyuz TM-31, at which point TM-32 became the Station′s rescue vehicle.
Soyuz TM-32 undocked from the Pirs module at 01:38 UTC on Oct 31, 2001. Deorbit burn was at 04:04 UTC, with landing 180 km SE of Dzhezkazgan at 04:59 UTC.
